Bosch Tassimo T85 (TAS8520) Coffe Maker – Unboxing

by Tassimo Lover on January 27, 2012

This is the new Bosch Tassimo T85 Coffee Maker i purchased from eBay not long ago, just didn't have enough time to unbox it properly, due to irregular working hours. It is certainly sleek & classy, it has real Brushed (Machined) Aluminium on it's sides and inside the glass chamber. The Brewer itself is very well made (although quite light-weighted, but Top-quality materials, ofcource). After about 9 months of (very light, to be honest) usage, it works flawlessly, and makes great drinks! Definitely recommended.

An interesting and clever thing, but a bit too expensive!

@Electester Thanks for your comment. I wouldn’t agree with you on the expensive part, though. I got this one from Germany directly, from a Bussiness Retailer, with a two year European Warranty, with DHL Courier shipment for 138 Euros + 19 for shipping. That was VERY cheap for this machine. In my country (Greece) Bosch doesn’t import this one, only the T20, T45 & T65 Models, and the T65 retails for almost 200 Euros ! That is expensive. The T65 is identical, regarding functions, but no Aluminium!

138 Euro o_O woow, for T85? Fantastic! And how is Greece? What about your crisis? I am Polish and Polish People are very afraid of your crisis. Your government lied to you-it’s true! Will they be able to fix it? We join in solidarity, Poland!

@Electester You can still find it on eBay. Here is the Item Number: 180636354704. He is the same bussiness seller i bought it eariler this year, he still has the best price for shipping to Europe. Now, regarding the crisis, it is a worldwide phenomenon, our country is just an easy target for the markets, who gamble on national bankruptcies. And the truth is we don’t have a heavy industry to support ourselves, and frankly if our SOB’s politicians continue to liquidate our national assets, >

@Electester < we will be history in about 15 to 20 years, no kidding. Unemployment has gone up the roof, with no viable solutions in sight, economic growth is somothing unknown here, people are addicted in spending & consuming money, which they don’t really have, and no production whatsoever…Greetings to Poland & please feel free to subscribe to my Channel. Best Regards, Simon

Man, I was really hoping you’d make a cop of coffee.

Nice coffee maker, though.

@dvdreview1 Hello, friend. Yes, i remember i promised to upload first clean process & usage, but decided against since i hadn’t bought any T-Discs together with the brewer. Anyway, glad for your comment, Be-Well
